Summer Running Club Info-Message from Coach Brett

We will be changing things this year and will not be holding a running camp this year.  We will however have set dates that we will plan to meet with runners from the area.  Coaches will attend most of the workouts but there are a few dates mixed in that coaches at this point are not able to attend due to summer plans so we will communicate with the older students as far as what the plan for the day will be similar to what a captains practice or open gym would be like.
June 23rd-July 30
Time:  9:00-10:30 am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Location - Silver Lake Gazebo by the swimming pool/big playground.

The week of July 4th we will not meet as this is a Minnesota State High School League non-contact period.
